The Systema Silent Head Set

According to Systema:
"A bumper-rubber is installed in both cylinder head and piston head of Systema Silent Head Set. To the top of gamer's delight, the special Systema parts offer the ultimate noiselessness. Systema Piston Head weighs the same as Marui standard piston head, and the speedy head movement offers constant muzzle velocity"

The cylinder head is made of milled brass and features a smooth airflow funnel in the center, directing air smoothly towards the nozzle. The cylinder face is lined with a ring of rubber approximately 2mm in thickness, serving as an impact cushion.
